At Harbour Minds, we believe everyone should have access to counselling that feels human, supportive, and within reach financially.
We are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) offering affordable counselling in Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, and surrounding areas across Norfolk and Suffolk.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, dealing with anxiety, grief, or things just aren’t making sense right now. You don’t have to have it all figured out to get in touch.
We offer a calm, welcoming space to talk — without long waiting lists or high fees.
Online counselling is also available across the UK.
We’re a small, community-focused service — which means we do things a bit differently.
Taking that first step can feel like a big one. You don’t need to know exactly what to say — just reaching out is enough.
We’ll respond personally and gently, in a way that feels comfortable for you.
